Going to Aria was extremely disappointing. The service was horrible. Multiple dishes were forgotten and only delivered after multiple reminders if at all. And the food itself was even more disappointing. The sushi and certain dishes such as the Mongolian Beef were decent, but the rest was just not good. The mixed vegetables were borderline raw and the fried rice tasted off and was way too greasy. Also, the same five songs played over and over and over again. Sitting there felt like be tortured by the CIA.
But the thing I'm most shocked over is their kosher certification and if it's even valid. We had finished our fish sushi and were waiting for the next meat dishes to arrive. When they did, our plates and silverware were not removed nor did the waiters have any intention to. Only after we asked did they take away the fish plates. How can a restaurant be kosher if they don't even follow basic halacha? Whose certification do they have? Which rabbi allowed this? I would be embarrased to have this happen...
Read moreI came to the restaurant after hearing lots of great reviews from Israel. I arrived shortly after Shabbat ended when the restaurant had just opened and was 90% empty. My only "sin" was not booking a place. I wanted to taste a kosher steak, and I'm sure my whole meal wouldn't have lasted more than 45 minutes. I arrived at the host's when they told me without an invitation, I could not enter and that's it. I manage customer relations for 2 decades, I can understand the rules, still, there is still a minimum of politeness. At least a minimum effort to check and think outside the box, Maybe I can be sitted at the bar? On a side table? Outside? To offer a table for half an hour, after all, I keep kosher, and if I wanted to eat at any restaurant, there would be no problem here; tram wouldn't even try. I left with a bitter taste and pity. Even an excellent restaurant should open the...
Read moreI really really wanted to LOVE this place as it was highly recommend and the locals loved it.
We ordered a ton of dishes to taste each one. Some of them were disappointing.
Let’s start with the good ones!
The short rib tacos were superb and a hit all around.
The BBQ crispy chicken sandwich was also fabulous and a winner!
We got the beef sushi and the topping of beef was very smoky and flavored but the rest of the sushi was bland.
The magnolian beef was okay but nothing to write home about.
The drinks are really good! And they have hookah too.
We ordered a few other items not mentioned but they didn’t hit the spot.
The churros for dessert was overdone and had no softness in the middle as it should have been.
Overall good vibes and nice ambience. I just wish the food was more...
