Too expensive for the quality of the food, service is not the best either! The place is always packed and not enough staff, therefore long waits or acknowledgement of the staff. The person in charge has NO customer service relations skills and doesn't even try, therefore the waiters are terrible at customer service and have no clue on how to offer great service or great experience. The place is not the cleaniest. The Manager not only refused to honor "jubilado discount" but also didn't empathized, care to listen to the customer, extremely rude and express no concern about customer care or satisfaction. Im happy that they opened again after the pandemic hit. We got take out and they got one of our order wrong but it’s ok because the food was delicious 😋 we got the seafood platter, French fries, soup, sausage, and other meats. The place surprisingly felt like a Chinese restaurant you'd see in a typical American Chinatown. Big menu, similar system, non-fine-dining plating style with a lot of food but it's supposed to be Panamanian food? Some items were great but I got stringy potatoes. Service was also just ok.
