Yoi Korean Fried Chicken | El Dorado — Restaurant in Bethania

Food is great but the handling of in-restaurant customers vs the ones ordering using apps is awful. I ordered my food at 2:30pm, few people in the restaurant but it was 3:00pm and I had not received my food. All this time I would see delivery guys coming in and out at constant flow. I understand we are in a new "era" but there's gotta be a better way to balance service so it is as equal as possible. Long story short, 30 mins after I ordered I went to the counter and turned out they were cooking a new bash of rice I had requested (I'm guessing it had run out by servicing deliveries). So I canceled my meal and asked them for the soup my mom had ordered as it was sitting there for a long time.

This is a korean food restaurant located near "El Dorado" area. They have interesting dishes that are interesting combinations, proper to their gastronomy. Desde hace rato tenía muchas ganas de probar esta comida ya que se veia deliciosa en redes. Pedí el combo de alitas Yoi en salsa especial con arroz al wok y té de fresa con jengibre. Las alitas tienen buen sabor y buena cantidad, la salsita está como dulce pero no veo mucha diferencia con las alitas normales que venden otros locales. El arroz estuvo bien pero no es el mejor arroz al wok que he probado y siento que poquito. Lo mejor sin duda es el té, esa combinación de fresa con jengibre picante está genial y combinado con las alitas es una delicia. También probé el desayuno y me encantaron las empanadas de puerco con maní aunque algo pequeñas. Como sugerencia deben mejorar la administración y organización del local: no tenían los precios ni el menú completo a la vista ni a la mano de sus empleados, eso es inadmisible para un segundo local de la franquicia, igual en IG no tienen el menú bien organizado, sin duda la fila de la caja se va a poner lenta porque hay que estar preguntando las...
