My fav Japanese 🇯🇵 restaurant in Panama 🇵🇦 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ They are one of, if not the ONLY Jap restaurant in Panama that gets the correct rice consistency which is crucial for a good maki. Hikaru Marbella has been my spot since the get go but it's nice to have another branch with the same top notch quality with their ingredients.

We had rolls (acevichado & fireball), gyoza, carpaccio, and ramen. Everything was absolutely delicious, we were pleasantly surprised. Happy to have stumbled upon this place and will definitely come back.

❌ Evítalo por completo – Higiene inaceptable ❌

La comida estaba buena, pero lo que presencié en términos de higiene fue simplemente repugnante.

Vi con mis propios ojos cómo un camarero dejó caer cubiertos limpios al suelo y los volvió a poner en el recipiente de cubiertos limpios, para luego servirlos a los clientes.

Peor aún: un cocinero dejó caer un cuchillo de cocina al suelo, lo limpió por encima con un trapo sucio y lo volvió a usar directamente para cocinar.

Esto es inadmisible. Cuando uno paga para comer fuera, espera un mínimo de respeto por las normas básicas de sanidad. Lo que vi me quitó completamente el apetito.

⚠️ No recomiendo este restaurante bajo ningún concepto, al menos hasta que no se realice una inspección...
