Café Med — Restaurant in Panamá Oeste

We had the first reservation at Cafe Med at 5 PM for a party of four, including two vegans. From start to finish, everything was fantastic. We finished and paid by 6:30, and the timing of the dishes was perfect, especially considering we ordered appetizers and had a few questions about the menu. The chef was able to accommodate the vegans in our group, and the vegan options were absolutely terrific. Everyone in our party loved their meals, and we had no complaints at all.

The only small note is to bring some bug spray if you plan on eating outside, as we did get a few mosquito bites (we're not sure if there’s indoor seating available). The waiter, who I believe is the chef's husband, was incredibly empathetic and attentive. Reservations are recommended, as this place can get busy. Kudos to the whole team—looking forward to...

Probably the best meal we have had in Panama over the 3 vacations we have had here in recent years. A small outdoor covered restaurant with large menu that is designed daily with a variety of Mediterranean style dishes of the highest quality with emphasis on Italian. They recommend you get reservations as it is expected to be fully booked each night during high season. The service is welcoming and attentive and the food is amazing. The owner is from Italy and the restaurant lives up to the expectation. The tropical setting is beautiful. Absolutely Amazing. The place is full of love. You can tell how much hard work the owner has put into it. Every plant is well taken cared of. Every little detail tells stories. Everything we ordered tasted perfect. Thank you for putting up so much love in this store. Place is beautiful, and the hard work you put into it is gorgeous. Pray for you guys. ❤️
