Atope Panama — Restaurant in Parque Lefevre

I recently visited this restaurant for the third time, and once again, it didn't disappoint. The pork belly was a standout, perfectly crisp with a delightful meat-to-fat ratio. The consistently excellent bread and the flavorful shrimp with coconut were also highlights. We tried the sausage, which was good, and my main dish of fresh fish with veggies was equally satisfying.

Now, let's talk about the torta vasca - an indulgence worth suffering through dairy intolerance for two days. It's that good.

Dined at Atope repeatedly because it's that good!   Everything is impeccable; service upon entry, the ambiance, and the food are outstanding! Sylvia is absolutely fantastic detailing the menu with passion and spot on with recommendations.

The Pulpo al le gallega was outstanding.  It's the most tender octopus I've experienced.  Mildly flavored and complemented with perfectly cooked and seasoned potatoes. It is among a list of expensive restaurants in Panama and one hopes the flavors accompany the taste and for the most part it does, most plates are really tasty and enjoyable. Some may even surprise you , but the entráis portions seem small , especially the asparagus, which really doesn't impress, at this price , every single dish must impress, like at Brutto, you can't go wrong with ordering anything from there , literally everything tastes amazing at Brutto.
