Parrillada Jimmy — Restaurant in San Francisco

We had a great time here. Our all time favorite. The reason I knocked a star off was they presented me a salad and I looked at it and felt I needed some olive oil on it as it looked a bit dry and blend. But the waiter responded and said it has taste or sauce (I could not quite made out what he said) and went away. I tried it and it was seasoned but I would still had like some olive oil on it to make it better, so, I had to call the waiter back and he eventually got me the set which had oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.

There were 4 of us, We had steaks, fish, octopus and all were excellent. Waiter was attentive too.

I forgot to mention they use scan code for their menus which is good in some way because you don't want to touch the menu that had been touched by many people but it was not very convenient for those who don't have scan code options in their phone.

Tables were set out good distance between tables which was nice.

Overpriced for a portion less than a child's. Mixed grill consisted of chicken skin and bones, really no meat at all to speak of, honestly, I would embarrsed to send it out of the kitchen. The thickness of the slivers of the porkchop was like prociutto, what a joke. The grilled octopus was delicious BUT the portion was so small I could give it to fish in a fish tank and they would think the same! I will not be coming back nor would I ever reccomend this place. One of the best restaurants in Panama ! Has been in the business for more than 20 years . Seafood and Panamanian dishes . The service is really quick and good. You are always gonna have someone making sure everything is alright with your food. The main dishes I would suggest are the fried eggplant with he satsiky. The corvina Jimmy and the Angelo steak .
