We attended the artisan fair, and it was excellent. It was much better organized than last year‘s fair. However, the elderly and the disabled were denied access to the elevators! That was shameful! We were allowed access to get up to the auditorium to see the orchestra play, but we’re denied access to the elevators on the way down when it was over. I don’t know what the rules In Panama are for everything, but if you don’t have rules for disability and elderly access to the elevators, you need to get that established. It was horrible the way they had to get employees to help the elderly down all those stairs to get to the first floor. They really should be ashamed of themselves.
