Quite likely the best Lomo Saltado un Perú.
The place is a bit hard to find. When you arrive, look for a door with a button that has a label "Negro". Click the button and they will let you in.
We were served tostada to start which has a slight garlic taste which was delicious.
I decided on ordering the Lomo and Pulpo Saltado which is beef and octopus. The favour combination was spectacular. The octopus was cooked perfect and the Lomo was as well. The rice wasn't dry like most places. Instead it was moist and tasty.
I've had a lot of Lomo Saltado and this by far wins.
The owner was very kind and hospitable.
Next time I am in Perú this is a must for me. I'm already looking forward to...

We ordered the classic ceviche to try, but unfortunately, it was overly salty, which overshadowed the flavors and the fish wasn't that smooth as we know from other Cevicherias. For the price, I’ve had much better ceviche elsewhere.
A significant downside was the overwhelming presence of mosquitoes, which made dining quite uncomfortable. On the positive side, the staff provided mosquito repellent, which helped somewhat, but it’s still an issue to consider.
Overall, I’d say Cocinegro has room for improvement, especially regarding taste...
