The hotel looks awesome from the outside, good lighting. The reception is classic European type as well as the gardens, very pretty. Service is very good. Rooms are spent and old. The sheets are clean but the carpet, furniture and even walls are stained and don't seem clean. Even the lighting switch was obviously dirty. My bathroom is so so, the tile is cheap. They have plenty of hot water though. The breakfast is not buffet buffet. I mean they have jam cheese eggs juice flakes and yogurt but they need to double that offering. Finally on my checkout they were doing some maintenance on the windows metal structure and it was a bit annoying. What a quaint little hotel! ||Very nice, only 3 floors (slightly staggered so perhaps 4?) and only about 20 rooms total. Very kitsch decor, styled like a manor from 50 years ago, but all of it nicely kept.||Almost feels like staying in someones home.||||There is a little dinning room on the lowest level overlooking the gardens, which are well kept and add a nice touch to the place.||||Room was clean and well kept, great laundry service - thanks! ||||The only downside was some occasional noise from the street traffic, but it was never too bad.
