Terrible food. Poor service. The first time in my life that I’ve complained to the server that the food is bad instead of saying that it’s good even if it’s just okay. I’ve never in my life had a piece of meat that was more hard and tough and hard to chew. AND it was osso bucco (a piece of meat that is difficult to mess up and supremely soft, my grandma without teeth eats it). It tastes like it was frozen solid, put in the microwave for 5 minutes on high, seared (wrong) and then covered in sauce. No exaggeration please don’t think that. Certainly the prettiest restaurant in town—by far the nicest layout with flowers, good lighting, art murals, attention to detail far beyond other...

No one ever checked in to see how the meal was going and before I had a chance to finish, they brought me the bill. I was not impressed for a restaurant that markets itself as the city’s best. Skip it and go to Madre Artesanal or Tuna Cafe instead — much better food and service and...
