It’s the most environment-friendly cafe I’ve found in town. They serve organic cacao, offer vegan milk, and provide whole‑leaf tea that comes without any plastic packaging or tea bags. The venue is also a solid place to work, thanks to fast 5G Wi‑Fi (244 Mbps). However, there is only a single power outlet and the tables are a bit too high for comfortable work. On the food side, they have a few vegan baked goods such as pan de trigo, but no desserts or savory dishes. Their chocolate is 100 % organic, although the coffee itself isn’t. I tried their locally produced specialty coffee prepared with the authentic Peruvian method—it was an amazing experience and the coffee tasted great. They sell organic coffee beans in bags, but not as a brewed option on‑site. I wish they offered organic coffee drinks as well, so we could avoid the environmental impact of conventional coffee production. Payments are accepted by card with no fees.

I was pleasantly surprised to find that they offer Chemex and Moka pot coffee, which is rare in the cafes I have tried here. The owner/manager very patiently showed me how she prepared the Chemex and had some great tips for making it at home. I highly recommend this cafe for coffee aficionados because the people here know...
