We came here on a Sunday to try the traditional Adobo dish (a type of pork stew/soup traditionally eaten at breakfast on Sundays) and it was tasty (medio portion was not too big for 1 although we shared it). We also ordered a recoto relleno (stuffed pepper) which was also nice - the pepper is hotter than you might expect! The waitress made a real effort to explain the dishes to us which I appreciated and also explained people follow Adobo with a hot tea and a shot of anis - so we had that too. This family run place is obviously a favorite. A young woman who introduced herself as the owner's daughter (I'm sorry I didn't write down her name), gave us a full orientation on what to order and schooled us on Chicha and beer mixing on the house.
