We stayed at Casa Campo hotel for two nights, one before and one after our trip to Colca Canyon. The personnel was friendly and nice, spoke basic English. The hotel is located in a nice and quiet area, walking to the city center (Plaza del Armas) took us 20-25 minutes. Our rooms were very big, with spacious bathrooms, one of them even had a jacuzzi! The rooms windows looked out at the green backyard, adding to quetness and peace of this place. And the owners had a lovely dog, Otto, such a fun and happy creature! The downside of the place is a poor wifi connection, the signal is getting lost...

Read moreI liked this place as it is set in a residential area with gated security. |We were greeted by Otto the resident Old English sheepdog who is friendly. |As we arrived at dawn, they let us have our room early and let us have breakfast.
