Restaurant Buongiorno — Restaurant in Chavín de Huantar

While working as a sherpa, I accidentally got my tour group lost in the mountains. I just Wandered in a random direction, and eventually found this little restaurant. At the time, the only language I spoke was Flemish, and so I had to communicate with the staff through a series of hand gestures, and gurgling sounds. (my throat was gouged out from a previous incident is Chisinau) The staff did not understand, so I had to steal some food from the kitchen. Really disappointing. Was probably good before i imagine. The lomo a la pimienta was really basic, the sauce was unbalanced and too salty. The soup kashki soup was watery and too salty as well with egg shells in it.

Una mala experiencia. El mismo personal que atiende lidia con los problemas del servicio higiénico y la contaminación cruzada es alta. Parte de la comida estaba en mal estado. Al reclamar , le echaron culpa al mozo. Agredieron a la persona que reclamó por el mal olor de una parte del plato , aduciendo que así es el aderezo. Y que el cliente no tenía paladar. Todo un lío solo por no pedir disculpas y colocar otra pieza nueva en el plato. Al final despidieron al mozo en nuestra cara. Libro de reclamaciones nulo. No quisieron...
