This place is absolutely the most amazing place to eat in Huanchaco. I learned today while eating there for the first time that it’s an all vegan restaurant and they have a menu of the day that seems to change daily. Today started off with a wonderful vegetable soup followed by essentially a tofu stir fry with brown rice -my favorite dish in the world. The standard menu also came with a nice drink and I ordered a dessert afterwards that was quite lovely. Needless to say I’ll be back every day for lunch that they’re open until I fly out.
