They don't honor the prices advertising in website (didnt mention only website). Food was horrible with exception of 3 dishes, i Ordered from Menu/ la carte (Not any special promotion or else ). There were NOT RAMP DIRECTLY TO THE TABLE FOR WHEELCHAIRS, however they told me they have something to put on the floor to make easy the acces THEY DIDNT , THEY JUST HELP ONCE PULLING THE WHEELCHAIR. I had 2 tables , party of 11and they didn't take out the unused chair, making unconfortable for my grandmother who used wheelchair ( I specifically request enough room for this and that's why i went in person to ask sbout and buy tickets at the place). And the part that i really maked me mad was the DRESS CODE ETIQUETTE THAT THEY HAVE IN THERE AND IT'S POSTED IN BIG WORDS ALSO I ASKED ABOUT AND SAID NOT SNEAKERS . SO I HAD TO FORCE MY 2 TEENAGERS KIDS TO USE DRESS SHOES ! And when i was waiting for my party in the entrance THERE WERE A LOT PEOPLE WEARING SNEAKER I IMMEDIATELY ASKED ABOUT THIS AND THEY SAID WAS "MISCOMMUNICATION " LAST THINGS TO MAKE MY LIFE MISERABLE WAS I ASKED 2 WAITRESS FOR KETCHUP AND TOOK 45 MINUTES TO TELL MY KIDS THEY DON'T HAVE IT. THIS WAS THE WORDS EXPERIENCE, I BROUGHT MY HUSBAND TO HAVE A NICE BIRTHDAY SURPRISE HERE, HE LOVES PERUVIAN DANCES, AND WE ONLY SEE 4 SHOWS. IT WAS MORE DANCE FLOOR FOR COSTUMER THAN A LUNCH SHOW. BTW THEN I SAID FOOD WAS HORRIBLE IS CAUSED I USED TO BE A COOk . Im still in Peru and i wont recommend my friends this place. My parents and family warned me about how BRISAS DEL TITICACA CHANGE BUT MY HUSBAND watched VIDEOS in youtube YEARS AGO AND HE ASKED ME ABOUT IT...SO NOW HE IS UPSET. BRISAS DEL TITICACA REVIEW YOUR POLICIES AND MAKE SURE TO HONOR THIS, MANY ACCIDENT CAN HAPPENS THERE SPECIALLY FOR PEOPLE IN WHEELCHAIR IN SEATING AREA AND IN THE BATROOM HOLDERS ARE LOOSE.

Read moreI am so upset! Paid to see a Folclore show and its been an hour since the start, so far only 2 acts have performed, all the rest is the host talking and the band calls for crowd to come out and dance, this isn't what I expected to spend my only night in Lima on. I understand the importance of engaging guests, but seriously, its started at 9pm with a 10min host speech, then 15min of crowd dancing, then 5min show performance and again 15min of host talking + crowd dancing, followed by a 5min show performance. So you pay to entertain yourself and fill in their "air" time. Why can't we watch a 30min performance with a 15min crowd dance break, followed by another 30min show performance and then whoever is interested to stay and dance - can do that, but people interested in Folclore performance (and the performers too) could leave after 1.5 hours? Very misleading, waste of my time and money, leaving at 10.15pm with a very...
Read moreWe went on a Friday night show 1er floor, second line table for 10, 49soles per person. We decided to go there with a group of friends as my husband from Australia came to visit, It supposed to be a very good show in Peru but the first part of dances/show seemed like an school art one with live music but after that they started calling tourists by countries if you are Latin they try to make you fun but if you are from another country they expose you into a ridiculous dance in front of everyone. Be aware, sadly that this business isn't the same as years before. Gran sociedad it was the name of the group of musicians. Hope they could make a better and respectful experience for tourists. Located in a dangerous...
