I had the displeasure of eating here and seem to have had the same experience as every other 1 star review. Slow service, rude service, missing food items, being ignored, and being lied to. The server seemingly forgot items we ordered even though it was written directly on a paper and crossed off on that paper. Our server ignored every attempt to flag them down. It took many requests to get sillao, with our server telling us they were out, then they said they’d check upstairs, then said they were cooking it. After 40 minutes of waiting, we asked another employee and they said of course, and they were back less then a minute later with sillao. After the poor experience we had an even worse experience with the supervisor, they ignored the complaints entirely it seemed, when we tried to find them to speak in mandarin instead of Spanish, they were nowhere to be found and instead the head server or bartender, not sure, told us they were the only manager and we could only speak to him. Upon asking for the woman manager again, the employees pointed in 2 directions, 1 towards the kitchen, and 1 towards the exit. Eventually a higher manager or owner came to sort out the situation, but based on the reviews, this is a recurring problem.

No puedo responderte así que agrego acá el comentario Llegamos 11.55am domingo 2 de junio para almorzar temprano fo wo, nos quedamos esperando en la puerta hasta las 12.20pm. Los mozos estaban almorzando, uno vino a comentarnos que tengamos cuidado que el piso estaba mojado, pensamos que ya íbamos a entrar. Luego vino un señor que parecía ser el administrador (o eso pensamos) y con actitud de molesto nos indicó que esperáramos. Éramos 8 adultos con 2 niños, además hubo una pareja que llegó y al ver que no abrían se fueron también. No tenían interés en atendernos y nos fuimos a otro chifa. En ningún momento nos pidieron disculpas por la tardanza o que esperáramos 5 minutos que ya todo estaría listo. Nos sorprendió ya que hemos ido antes y no hemos tenido este problema pero no íbamos a estar esperando si no daban razón de la hora que iban a abrir si es que en google maps Y en la tienda la hora de apertura era 12pm, como todos los chifas de la zona.
