Gran Chifa Chung Tong — Restaurant in Lima Metropolitan Area

Amazing food. We went here because we saw them in a peruavian show called VIAJA Y PRUEBA. We order the house fried rice that comes with everything was a big portion and has all the meats very tasty and was necessary to combine with all the plates. We had also 1/2 portion of kam lum wantan? They brought the wantans separate from the sauce! Was a great idea so the kids also ate the wantas without the sauce. By the way the sauce was sweet and with a lot of pork and ingredients. We ordered also the tallarin frito with all meats, this dish was salty and savory, its a must. We ordered too a plate that was sweet with ckicken and fruit, has naranja china(very small chinesse orange and chinesse chirimoya) if you like sweet its a must too. Dont forget to get the nabo encurtido that is a traditional peruvian relish to eat with your peruvian chifa. Sábado 26/11/22, 15:00 Pésima atención. Solo voy a opinar de la pésima atención que recibimos mi hijo y yo. No había nadie en puerta así que entramos, vimos unas 6 personas sentadas en un recoveco y les preguntamos si estaban esperando mesa a lo que nos respondieron que sí. Me acerqué a un mesero y le pregunté por mesa para dos a lo que me respondió que podíamos sentarnos en una mesita que acababan de dejar así que nos acomodamos ahí. Apareció luego un sujeto que nos dijo que había gente esperando mesa a lo que le respondí que lo sabía porque yo mismo les había preguntado. Le dije había sido lo suficientemente diligente y le pregunté a un mesero antes de sentarnos a lo que me respondió que era a él a quien le tenía que haber consultado, gentilmente le dije que no estuvo cuando ingresé. Yo venía a pasar un lindo momento con mi hijo y a probar por primera vez la comida del restaurante, y no a discutir ni darle explicaciones a un sujeto que a todas luces no sabe hacer su trabajo ni tratar a la clientela. Simply amazing. As usa raised but Peruvian born chifa addict, I enjoyed every bite of every dish I was able to taste. The rich flavors of the meals where simply stunning.
