Chicharrones Del Inca Higuereta — Restaurant in Lima Metropolitan Area

I've gone multiple times to this place for years and even though the food is good, the overall experience is really bad.

First, if you wanna get a table you need to wait more than half an hour. The hosts outside are totally disorganized with the order that people arrive and gets into the restaurant. You need to keep following up with him/her to get a table in the order you arrived or someone else that arrived after you will get in before.

Once inside the restaurant, you need to wait about 10 minutes to get the menu. Once, you place your order, you will need to wait 15-20 minutes to get your food. To get your bill, it is faster to go, find out the server that took your order and ask for it, because servers are not paying attention to what you need.

If you decide to taken out, you will need to wait 20 minutes approx. The order doesn't weight what you pay for. For example, I bought 500 g of chicharron and only got 457 g (photo attached to this review).YOU DON'T GET WHAT YOU ORDER AND PAY FOR!

Hoy tome un lonchecito en benavides pero la atención de la supervisora no m gusto k se ponga a contestar al cliente pedí dos cafés y pan con chicharrón y se demoraban pero k paso k la supervisora y la Srta k me atendió se pusieron a ver televisión y se entretubiern k ni el azúcar pusieron a mi mesa y cuando le dije a la supervisora mus cafecitos y ne sirvieron pero un café frío y le la supervisora a penas me lo puso a la mesa si estaba caliente y ne contesto k así sale el café primera vez k me dicen eso y ke pedí k me lo calientes y de Ai no me ponían ni el azúcar a la mesa y le dije a la supervisor y me contesta k recién M lo tienen k traer creo k esa tienda sin supervisora están mejor o cambien de supervisora x k yo e ido a la k esta en camino del inca es chiquito pero atienden mejor mi hermana también va pero a hora k le cuente la peco a atención de parte de la Srta k atiendio la mesa y la supervisora ya no da...

La comida es algo que no está en discusión es sumamente agradable el chicharrón el café los jugos y la chicha el servicio de los mozos es relativamente aceptable la persona que está en la puerta recibiendo a los clientes nunca es amable ni atenta si vas un domingo ten por seguro que vas a esperar por lo menos hasta las 11 de la mañana después de ese horario esta menos lleno el local cuenta con estacionamiento no del loca sino del municipio no cuenta con acceso o espacio para silla de ruedas en general es una muy buena opción conciderando a otros...
