Manos Criollas Restaurant — Restaurant in Lima Metropolitan Area

El local esta algo chico, el ventilador ruidoso,la viga en medio del local hace que se vea un poco claustrofobica, la decoracion esta decente, la decoracion es basicamente objetos antiguos pero esta bien, los colores de la paredes son los correctos,se ve acojedor, y esta bien cuidado excepto el minibar que se ve algo poco cuidado,claustrofobico y se ve que hay demasiadas cosas adentro. cuando fui, el segundo piso no habia mesas,tienen un minibar,no probe el licor, el baño es pequeño,tiene mala iluminacion, y mala ventilacion,tiene baño para silla de ruedas.La decoracion navideña ocupa mucho espacio, estoy seguro de que se ve muy bien sin ella, la ubicacion del lugar esta muy bien. El lugar donde me sente estaba ventilado, no tenia mucho calor.Pedi una jarra de maracuya(tambien hay gaseosas) la maracuya estaba muy bien un poco mas dulce de lo que me gusta pero refresca(la pedi helada).Me gusto el packaging de los cubiertos, lo justo y necesario,tambien no veo que usen muchos plasticos y eso es un punto bueno.Comi aji de gallina estaba muy bien,el deshilache del pollo era bueno, ni tan delgado ni tan grueso,la cantidad tambien estaba bien. Al final termine con vasos,cubiertos y platos de mas,pues traian cuando les pediamos y tambien traian cada que pediamos comida lo cual esta muy bienMe anime a probar cau cau, estaba bien, talvez muy condimentado, yo esperaba un sabor menos fuerte. This place is a real hole in the wall. I wish more people knew about it. Excellent Peruvian food. Not pricey at all. The service was great. Next to the restaurant they have an area where you can buy food by the kilo.
