Pardos Chicken San Borja — Restaurant in Lima Metropolitan Area

A trip to Peru is not complete without at least a couple of meals at Pardo’s Chicken. Yes, it’s a chain restaurant but a meal at Pardo’s will be one of the best you’ll have in Peru.

The signature Pollo a la Brasa is of course, a must have and while It may look similar to a Costco or Safeway rotisserie chicken, the difference in taste and flavor is night and day. You also get a huge portion of native Peruvian potatoes served as French fries. The meal is further enhanced by Pardo’s own aji sauce which is one of the best in all of Peru.

The location in San Borja is hard to miss as their building is on the corner of a busy Avenida San Luis. Finding parking may be a challenge but it’s worth the effort after you sit down and enjoy one the best...

Fui hace unos meses a pardos para cenar con mi familia, se demoraron un mogollón! Estuvieron atendiendo gente que recién llegaba cuando nosotros estábamos esperando por 42 minutos, me trajeron mis anticuchos y fueron los anticuchos más duros, quemados y sin sabor que he probado en toda mi vida. Debido a la horrible demora, me los entregaron fríos! Por el hambre, me los tuve que comer. Y como mi familia no le trajeron su respectivo pedido, nos fuimos con hambre a nuestro hogar y terminamos pidiendo una deliciosa pizza que llegó CALIENTE y RÁPIDO. El ambiente me encantó, todo muy rústico y excelente, felicito a la persona que pensó en esta hermosa decoración. Pero le doy un 4/5 porque había muchas ventanas y yo me estaba muriendo de frío. Sobre el personal, al parecer eran nuevos y no sabían nada sobre la carta de pedidos. Confundieron todo nuestro pedido, más que todo sobre unas brochetas de pollo.
