Restaurant polleria coastal cuisine del norte — Restaurant in Máncora

This was my go to place in Mancora, only for reasonable price and food I liked. It is simple meat and Rice/Potato and Salad dishes. I like the grilled meat after 7pm that's when I'd go for dinner daily during my visit.

Juices are great but often time come at room temperature.

I loved the white dressing table sauce with rice and meat..very good.

Cons:

Bums, beggars, dogs and merchants come in and beg, and the staff don't seem to care.

If you ask for extra meat, they charge you double for the entire plate. Rip off tactic.

Plates come with rice and potato. If tou replace potato with rice they charge you extra.

Wait staff always play the "we don't have change for that" which is a common rip off tactic in Peru, where they won't break your bills expecting you to keep the change. so come armed with exact change or use visa. Went there a couple of times and always got the menu of the day (in my case salad, vegetarian rice and a juice) and it was every single time really good for such a good price. Absolutely...

Comida: pedimos una promo de Pollo + ensalada + papas + cremas + chaufa. 70s y una sopa 5s y Incacola 10s.

La sopa no es la típica sopa natural me parece que es de caldo de pollo. Aún así lo acabamos

El chaufa rico, las papas riquísimas y la ensalada y salsas también pero el pollo ni siquiera lo comimos ya que venía quemadito y parece ser que lo calentaron de más porque se ve que se desmoronó el pollo asique no comimos.

Servicio: atenta la chica y buena. Gracias por la atención. Por lo sucedido nos cobraron 35s
