This is a restaurant operated by an Argentinian who has brought some creative Argentinian culinary ideas to the area. All the foods are organic and fresh with amazing flavors. The Aji de Gallina empanadas are also terrific.
On another day, I ordered the Grilled Tuna on roasted potatoes with an asparagus chimchurri sauce that was a 10 star meal in all respects; super fresh fish with an incredible flavors. Amazingly, it was only 39 soles (around $10). This dish at our hotel would easily be twice that.
I also had the chocolate crepes with home made coconut ice cream. It was sensational! It also was super inexpensive.

I'm very glad I did and wish I had sooner, as it was the best vegetarian food I had while in Mancora. Nowhere else got close. I had the vegan Chaufa and would highly recommend it.
