First, the cashier and the staff at the ticket/pick-up area are not pleasant at all. The owner doesn’t take responsibility either. I’ve ordered at least three times now for a basic customized cake, and on my last order she added strawberry frosting cream even though I never asked for it. I requested a refund for that order.

Now, when I tried to place another order on WhatsApp, she refused to take it. Why?
