I ordered from the chef's recommendations. I got confused because the host told me they were main courses. However, I got an overpriced appetizer. The octopus was cut with a laser, 6 super thin pieces. Covered in a bland olive sauce with a bitter after taste, and 6 crackers; all for $42 Peruvian soles, which is around $7 dollars. The server could have warned me this was a small appetizer. For the same price I could have had a full main course. I left the hotel with "not enough cash apparently" , and left the place still hungry and not at all satisfied. The server was unimpressed and dismissive. I had a water and a juice as well. I went back to the hotel, got more cash and went to get a full meal at a Chinese restaurant "Chaufa" is called here. Even though Peruvians are nice in general, Qasta is for snobbish tourists or gringos I guess. Don't recommend taking the chef's suggestions. Better go to the market and have tastier food...
