Cuppa Coffee — Restaurant in 1st District

Went to Cuppa Coffee with a friend and when we visited, the staff did not check our vaccination cards (which is why I am giving Cuppa 4 stars).

The ambiance is great, but once you visit, please be responsible enough to practice the health protocols since there are no signs even.

We ordered Grilled Cheese Sandwich in a Waffle Bread and to my surprise, its really good and it holds the generous filling better than a sourdough bread or brioche.

I also had an Iced Black which is strong and I can still taste the notes present...

Had to edit my review of this place about the atmosphere. They used to play cafe style music (not too loud) and easy vibes kind of genre, but lately they play loud party/pop music. They should reconsider their music choices but that really puts a dent or make the environment more engaging, friendlier. They have books to read but who can read when the music is blasting. You don't go to a Cafe to listen to loud music (not that I know of). It's still one of the best cafes in BF. Amazing drinks, Tasty food, and I still...

This is where I spend most of my time between tasks. Great place to hang out. No one disturbs you except the occasional person who thinks everybody should hear what they're listening to, including phone calls. There's an outdoor smoking and vaping area so the only thing that harms your lungs are people who think removing shoes and exposing sweaty socks or feet is cool.
