Giligan's — Restaurant in 1st District

The food was amazing, it was my first time trying their crispy pata and I loved it! The crispy pata took kinda long to be served but we didn’t mind

Although what makes this review so low is being of the staffs and the ambiance. When we got there it was so dimly lit it looks depressing. There were many staff but it looks like only 1 or 2 people waited tables. We signaled many times for a waiter to take our order but he took too long to even noticed us.

Another instance was when we ordered another rice, it took at least 5 minutes for a waiter to accommodate us even though it was not full packed that time.

The only time they were fast, was unschockingly the bill out part.

If you have patience, I recommend this resto for their food but if you have elderlies with you who we know are impatient, I...

Worst restaurant ever

~ Poor Service The staff got my order wrong. I don't know how, we only order 2 meals and most importantly we're the only customer that time.

~ Food portion is not the same at the menu They serve so little, very different from the other branch.

~ Waiting time takes too long I don't know what they doing but it took so more than 15 mins to serve the food and when the food arrived it's not even hot.

~ Insects flying inside the restaurant Theres a fly(Lamok) inside the restaurant kinda irritating since we're eating and keep flying at our food.

Toilets and urinal do not have a flush. Bidet sprayer is missing, No water on the sink. You can also smell their kitchen stinky likes it was never clean for a month or more.
