First of all, Happy Father's Day! (June 15, 2025 - Sunday on 9:17 p.m.) As today was an event and we just came home from the province, me and my family of four decided to eat at Greenwich. We were met with a full house of people inside the restaurant, then as we went to order, my mother had known that the restaurant had an upgrade in its system, but that upgrade made their whole system shut down so we were met with a delay. I, along with my brother and father waited by an available table. There I've observed that because of the stall, some were met with a waiting time for their own tables, additionally that waiting time for tables meant that the staff was not active on cleaning the dining area. This meant that people were fast on getting rowdy, especially those who were supposed to be delivering orders that were made in the Panda, Grab and other apps made for food accessibility. After this, when my family and I did get our food we were met with a lack of order. This was specifically Meal B, a slice of pizza and a medium-sized potato waves. Naturally, we went to the service crew, who was receiving no other help, and asked for that lack of food in our order. We were met with a stressful and almost to break person, but they still powered through everyone who was going at them about their orders and missing food parcels. I do commend his performance as the end of the food service was coming up and he was still working hard, filled with determination. As for the other staff members, I suggest for them to learn once again of the manual way in having to run a restaurant because, as I see here, we have been too reliant on digital systems to the point where we have problems like these just because of it breaking down or having a fritz. To end, we did get the food that we were missing after an hour in the restaurant. The chicken was flavoured as it was before, which for me was enough to satisfy as it was freshly out. The rice was cooked well. Then gravy seemed to just be fresh out of being frozen after it was heated as I've seen that it had this film on top which, don't worry, disappears and doesn't affect the gravy at all when you mix it. The lasagna was steaming, but it was satisfactory. The pizza looked stiff, but it still delivered as it was before. The pizza wrap looked like it was only squeezed into itself, but it still tasted like a regular pizza so I suggest for you to just get the regular pizza instead if you don't like too much on your pizzas. The potato-waves tasted nice, but it had soaked too much oil and was greasy, it also came with a cheese dip in which I had no problem with. Overall, today, the atmosphere was stressful up front, agitated in the kitchen and rowdy in the dining area. I do hope that, next time, the restaurant has a plan to rapidly adapt and think of a way in order to shoulder a digital system's...

Read moreGood place for value meals, Lasagna and also Pizza. The pizza is regular, but I like the flavors. One of the all time favorite spot. Good and fast customer service. There's temperature check at the entrance. Most importantly as a part of social distancing, when the food is ready there's a counter where we'll receive our order by the token number. Sanitization was done every time. Dine in customer count is limited; only one at a table. ♿✔️ Wheelchair accessible entrance,...
