KFC — Restaurant in 1st District

Upon entering, the staff already gave me an attitude look. As I stand in front of the counter, she ARROGANTLY told me to order at the kiosk (note that there was no line at all and my order would have been taken a lot faster). When I came to the kiosk, the crew inside were doing NOTHING but chat loudly. As I finished with my order at the kiosk, I went to the cashier to process my payment. Didn't even inform me that my order would take almost 20-30 minutes! It's supposed to be a dine in but after waiting for so long, I just asked them to wrap it for take out. One more thing, when they served it to me for dine in, they gave me a glass with no water. What am I supposed to do with an empty glass??! That branch also has no aircon at all. Other customers inside were also complaining amongst themselves with the VERY SLOW SERVICE of he crew. Honestly this was a very bad experience for me as a customer of KFC for a long time. Management should step up and do something about this branch and those staff...

This is so far the worst KFC branch I've been to. Crew doesn't respect the time of their customer. Got here before 7. Received the food before 8 PM. There was no gravy available for my sibling's order( as per the crew they're still in the process of cooking it. Which is very un-pro)

Had to follow up thrice because the first two follow ups i was told to wait a few minutes more and another minute more. So annoying.

Question is: Why is this branch not putting a signage at the kiosk that there will be a 15 php extra charge top of every meal charge ONLY for using the Kiosk. I know It's not that big but I guess It'll be better to be transparent.

Atmosphere is warm.

Take note. This isn't the first time I have eaten here. And everytime I would come yo eat here, I wouldn't always here complaints from other folks too which proves my statement today. lowest and most lousy ...

The KFC Branch at Starmall Las Pinas (in front of Philamlife Subdivision) is, I think, among the few professionally run branch of this fast food chain, The crew are friendly and efficient. They are also very friendly and unnerved/keep their cool even when swamped with clients.They recognize regulars and in many cases, their favorite orders. Too bad, its for dine in and take out only.

Which is a different story as far as their so-called online delivery system or order placed thru their so-called hotline 887 8888. I placed and order online, got a confirmatory email. BUT NO DELIVERY. The different units under KFC do not coordinate with one another.
