This is a Chinese Restaurant that serves a Hong Kong sytle cuisine. LIKES: location wise-very accessible, can easily be found, signage were very visible to the public eye, well ventilated, well lighted, good interior design, food were serve hot off the grille, competitive price range, food servers were very attentive and approchable. DISLIKES: very challenging parking area, small dining space becomes too crowded easily during peak hours,

Food was tasty and worth their prices. Sweet & Sour Pork and Beef & Broccoli is highly recommended. Service was decent. 4 stars instead of 5 because I was disappointed in finding dead lettuce in our fried rice. See photo (placed on side of plate). Looking at the actual meal, I don't even think it's part of the ingredients! Wish they're mindful about using old ingredients.

Ordered four items for takeout. The serving size for the takeout yang chow fried rice is HUGE! However, the size for the Tausi spareribs is quite smaller than expected. The beef hofan tasted good as expected and the salt and pepper squid was still crispy despite being takeout. Overall, a good experience.

We just ate here hours ago, Tuesday, October 31, 2023. I am with my PWD brother, and my parents, both senior citizens.

We arrived 10:50am and waited for the opening which is supposedly 11:00am. They opened around 11:15 am.

While we were ordering, we got confused with the number of ice teas to order. We switched from 4, to 3, back to 4. During this time, someone in the counter (male) shouted, "ANO BA TALAGA!?" He was of course joking around with our server and did not make a big deal out of it.

When it was time to pay, I saw a small cockroach beside the bill which I told the waitress and she immediately killed using a table napkin. Again, not a big deal for me.

I paid by card and planned on leaving a tip (cash) later on but had to assist my PWD brother towards the car first. While I was assisting him, the same guy that shouted earlier, and another server kept on singing the chorus of the song Ere, by JK, which goes,

"Oh, 'di ba? Nakakaput*ng ina"

Very classless. I can ride-along with such humor, but for this case I really don't know if they were still joking around or they were trying to send us a message, because I have not left any tip yet.

I just never returned after assisting my PWD brother towards our car.

We really love Hap Chan, and it is our go-to restaurant in Las Pinas on EVERY occasion. Today we were celebrating my dad's birthday, and just celebrating because my brother was feeling well (which is a rare occasion lately). I did not want to ruin the day, so I just walked a way.

Please teach your staff respect and a little...

When I come here it's usually for take out food. The restaurant is quite popular and seating may be a problem during peak hours.

If you have a car, parking is very limited especially during peak hours. Parking is free, albeit if you're lucky to find a slot.

Their selection of food is quite expansive and they do cater to people who have special requests (we usually ask them to make our orders without MSG).

During peak hours, staff are overwhelmed by the sheer amount of customers and thus the numerous complaints of other patrons that the staff are inattentive. However, whenever I have gone here, I have never had an issue with them.

I deducted 1 star for their issues of table availability and the...
