Jollibee — Restaurant in 1st District

Good evening guys, it's me again. Last Sunday after coming back from Baclaran church of Mother of Perpetual Help, we went to Jollibee Pamplona Dos branch drive in. While we were ordering our food, I saw smoke coming from the hood of my car an old 96 Honda Accord. Overheating was in progress, I immediately asked the assistance of the guy taking orders if he can provide me a bucket of water. I opened the hood and smoke was coming from my reservoir, I took out my flashlight and checked the area. I told him please pour some in the reservoir and after filling pour the water direct to the radiator to cool off. There were others on the cue, all the other crew of Jollibee was in a hurry to remove the motorcycles for me to park on that area. Then I know the engine got tested and the radiator cooled down, then I started the car and it did, me monitoring the temperature yes it went to the normal temperature and idling was quite a bit suspicious. Anyways we made it to Bonifacio in Tuazon and I went home safe and sound. I am commending all the staff on the ordering section and the management of the said establishment for their unselfish, courteous and respectful attention extended to us. Just ok. Had my son's 1st bday last December 2015, the staff left us, no one was there to help us decorate. They said 30 minutes before the party but they were at the other party downstairs. Our party started very late and they even wanted us to pay extra due to the late program when in fact, they weren't punctual.

I also notice that they don't seek to have a lot of thigh part pieces for about 3 years running. It's only for a few occasions when the thigh part will be available.

This merits a two just because it's Jollibee, quality of food is ok and that it is still accessible on...

Ordered 12 items at drive thru but staff did not want to repeat our order as she stated 2 more cars behind us we need to keep on moving. Was only at the window to order for less than 5minutes. Upon picking up orders we voiced out the concerned and asked to please repeat what was in the order as receipt was blurry (bad ink) the person read it loud enough to notice he was all so not in the idea of repeating the order. We told him the orders was only 10 as he read and we said we ordered 12 items. Bad bad bad bad...
