Placed an order thru their website at 1030 am today April 14. At 1052, received a text message that my order is on the way. But by 12 noon, no sight of any rider so I dialled their phone number. After more than 10 tries, I finally got in. The crew said they missed my order and that they will priortize it. Sabi ko, sige, i will wait. But by 130 pm, wala pa ring order na dumating. No one was answering the phone. So i just went out and ate somewhere. Curiously, no one from their branch came to deliver my order. Wala ring text or message from there whatsoever.
