Pizza Hut SM Southmall — Restaurant in 2nd District

I always prefer Shakey's because price-wise Shakey's has better promos than Pizzahut. Sadly, the branch in Southmall was already closed so we opted with Pizzahut. We thought a 2 piece pizza promo could feed enough for people, but it wasn't enough. And the thing that I hate most is they do not provide service water for free. This should be an available option to all restos. Even there is an available bottled water, we still chose the juice and softdrinks option coz the price difference is really that far apart. They are encouraging people to drink softdrinks and juices for not providing service water...

We go there around lunch time. As I observed only 1 staff to accomodate 4 customers plus order from grab food. We are well assisted and the staff Ms. Niña humbly assist us on our food and take note, masarap siya magluto as in. Tama ang pagluto ng soup with matching manamis namis na bread on it, tama ang luto ng carbonara hindi sobrang lambot/malabsa ang noodles, maraming sauce and cheese. The chicken was super okay! Crunchy and tenderness was great unlike sa other Pizza Hut branch. Great Job Ms. Niña...

I just took out two family size pizzas and it was absolutely awful! I have had Pizza Hut many times and this was the worst pizza ever! I have never been so disappointed in pizza in my life!
