Although I can understand they are not pet-friendly, they waited for us to order and pay before telling us.
They have the ordering monitor/screens so they should have seen our dog when we were lining up there.
We also lined up at the counter to pay. And I was carrying our dog while paying. It really is not hard to miss.
We even ordered to dine in and took MINUTES to find a table. When we got settled at the table only then were we told to get out because we have a dog.
It was quite a process to order food they had every chance to tell us but they waited for us to get settled.

Horrible communication skills and always claims to call the customer to confirm orders even though they only ever send a text message to notify you that your order has been canceled.
Useless management and inventory is never updated with the call center.
