Very Very Slow Service at the counter. And lack of signages. There is no priority lane as well. We didnt know about their Cash and card only counter so we fell in line to the wrong counter. Then at the time we reached the counter, they said, they only take card on that counter and not cash, so they would make you transfer to another counter and fall back in line starting at the back again after spending 30mins of falling in line just to order for nothing. Such a complete waste of time! Plus the person who was told to transfer to another lane and fall in line again and wait for their turn again is a senior citizen. This won't be a problem if they had signages on which counter accepts cash or card only and probably a priority lane. They have 4 counters but only 2 are working or being used. We've been dining here every time we visit this mall, and been dining to different kenny rogers all year round but this is the worst service we experienced on top of it all. The place was clean… to clean… the display for the side dishes were half empty. The food was just okay. I dunno, the chicken and sides are not as fresh tasting and flavorful as it is used to be. The tres leches was like 80% sweetened cream - too much for me… now the service. The dining crew was okay but they serve 2 other families that ordered AFTER me. An overall great experience! Kenny Rogers always delivers the quality of food. The side dishes, of course, are one of the best parts, and the serving is good for the price. We always get delivery and the food is always fresh and still quite warm when it arrives. Can't wait to order again or go in for a dine in experience again! Sad that the Beyond options weren't available when we ordered but hopefully...
