Read moreFood was good would definitely be back. Visited Racks as a secret shopper for a third party company and the food was great. The fries and mashed potatoes serving sizes was more than enough to serve two people. Burger was a bit messy and bread was crumbly. Salad was delecious. Steak was requested medium rare but since the thickness was thin, cooking was a bit tricky. Came out as medium well. Steak was still flavorful and delicious, a bit challenging to chee though.

Read moreWe just dined here for lunch and there is something off with the ambience, didn't feel like aa good as their branch in festival mall. We ordered quarter ribs, house salad, coleslaw and plain rice on the side. My wife tried their hazelnut milkshake which was overly sweet. When the classic ribs arrived it didn't seem to be freshly cooked. It was not hot anymore and it was dry, very far from the ribs I ate years ago in their festival mall branch which I always looked forward to. Fast forward to when we got home later on, me and my wife had diarrhea. What's worse is she's pregnant and having diarrhea is a nightmare. I don't know what caused our diarrhea in the food we ordered but there's definitely an issue in this branch. Stay away from this branch and just get food from other restos...
