KFC — Restaurant in 2nd District

It's hard to recommend this place. The counter guy was not smiling,doesn't greet or even making eye contact towards your costumers(it's my 2nd time to deal with him both in the evening time)but I don't blame him. As I observe it, His actually having a hard time(taking and punching orders, preparing the order and making dispatch)It may look easy but its taking a lot of time for him(specially when he start to get big orders). Which makes the costumers waiting in line for like 10-15min(I actually waited for 20mins). KFC is a fastfood chain(just to be reminded) not a casual dining restaurant. am a regular KFC guest overseas(both UAE & KSA) and I swear the service there was way more better and faster. I understand there is a Short of man power but there are 2 managers on duty that time. They should manage more and support their team all thru out there shift. The store was not that busy (or isn't it some costomers doesn't want to visit this place anymore). Am giving it a 1star because there's a lot to improve on...

This is the KFC Times branch, not the Casmiro branch like others said in the reviews. There's no drive through here in this Times branch now. Always go here for the fried chicken and the mushroom soup. Tried the new red hot and crispy. It's not so hot as it should be but tastes good more than normal fried chicken. Burgers are not good. Service is sometimes really bad especially in the evenings. Mostly the staff will be busy preparing food for deliveries and we have to wait more time. Some staff will be just sitting at the table...

This is in response of you replying. I haven't reviewed any restaurants back then in 2018, so this notification was alarming. I may have ghost touched my phone back then opting to put a one start here. When I review places, i make sure to put a detailed and constructive feedback. For my mistake, I will be putting down an honest rating of 4 stars as I have eaten here before and saw/experienced no problems whatsoever. I'm sorry for leaving a 1 star throughout the 2 years. p.s. bring back...
