Is this really the new practice in most fast-food chains nowadays? Don’t get me wrong, I know the concept about the “CLAYGO policy” and I agree that we as customers really need to look after all the mess we left on the table, so others can quickly use it. Customers from other countries actually clean up after themselves at fast-food restaurants. They take the time to load their waste on trays, throw it out in the nearest bin, and carry the trays to a designated “tray spot.” Applying the CLAYGO IS A HUGE STEP FOR US.

The chicken pattie didnt even covered the whole bun/bread ... Plus the pattie is very thin compared whats showing on their menu... Same goes to their other burgers.. very disappointing

I just hope next time they allow their customers to bring and use tumbler or any reusable cups for their coffee, because I wanted to order coffee mocha with my tumbler but the crew said they can only serve it in their disposable cups.
