Perfect Loaf is perfect as always, i am talking about the food as we only ordered take out this time. We have been coming to perfect loaf since time immemorial. The sotanghon is the same taste as it has been, consistent with kapampangan palate. The dinuguan was perfect as expected. Although the puto was not included, i had to purchase separately. I wish i hadn’t. The pandesal was a better pair for the dinuguan. I will try to remember that next time, the left over pandesal was good til the next 2 mornings, eaten with reno liver spread. They have been serving the best breakfast for decades. I'd guess it was 3-5 days old. Quite hard and no longer moist. We've had Rhum cake many times in the past, but this is the first time it was bad.
