Been here twice — first with a friend, then with family — and both times were disappointing.
My first visit was about two years ago with a friend. The drinks and food were overpriced and not very good. The place is spacious and clean, but because it’s so large, it gets quite hot and really needs better air conditioning.
The second (and last) visit was with family. We usually dine as a group, and to make things easier, we always write everyone’s order in the phone notes and hand it to the staff to avoid confusion. Unfortunately, one of the orders was entered incorrectly by the staff. We went to the counter to return it and politely asked for the correct order, even offering to pay the price difference if needed.
The staff then referred us to another employee, whom we assumed was the manager. We thought everything was settled and waited for the correct order. However, after a few minutes, the same staff member who took our order came back to our table with the wrong item, insisting that the receipt was correct — even though he was the one who made the mistake. He refused to replace it and asked us to pay again for the correct item.
I couldn’t help but compare this experience to other cafés, like Starbucks, where if they make a mistake, they simply fix it without making a fuss. At Coffee Academy, instead of helping us relax, the staff argued and insisted we pay for their error.
Once again, the food and coffee were disappointing. A total waste of money. Definitely won’t be...

BECAUSE IT TAKES TIME BEFORE YOU CAN EAT. SOOOO MUCH TIME.
We queued for half an hour before we could order then waited for more or less an hour before we could eat.
My two cents' worth: Check on the busy times of this place here in Google Maps before proceeding. Should I be back in here, I'd probably be back after an early morning biking session or a mid afternoon chill. Do not dare go here on peak hours unless you really mean to be seen.
To be fair: The food and beverage is on my 6/10, and this is the reason why their menu is not worth the lengthy wait. Well, I love the balsamic vinegar dressing on their salad! The sandwich, spot on... almost. But this is Angeles City, takes more than hype to impress the gastronauts (a.k.a. foodies). (It's still probably the hype because I've heard this is popular in Korea. And you know typical Pinoys, anything Korean is cool.)
But to tell you honestly, this place is surrounded by waaaay better coffee shops and restos!
I'll probably be back in here once the hype dies down.
Trying to be very objective here, this is not yet worth 5 stars.
But yeah, just like most of the coffee shops in this...

The café offers ample parking, which is always a plus. Walking in, you're immediately greeted by a spacious interior that emanates those cozy Korean cafe vibes we adore. Their menu boasts a range of drinks, running the gamut from average to slightly on the pricier side, but the flavors are generally satisfying. Beyond beverages, they also serve up an array of snacks, pasta dishes, mouthwatering waffles, and hearty breakfast options.
The wifi here holds up quite well, dependable enough to support remote work or leisurely web browsing. Plus, they've conveniently placed wall plugs throughout, so you're all set whether you're tackling tasks on your laptop or just need a charge.
For those who prefer the outdoors, they've got you covered with alfresco dining that's perfect for soaking up some sunshine while enjoying your meal.
All in all, I'd certainly recommend this café to folks in search of a laid-back spot to hang out and unwind with...
