Staff... are moody as hell If some of them smiled, their faces would crack.
The waitress who came to serve us spoke like a depressed robot, void of emotion and looked like she was having the worst time of her life. I spoke in English since im learning Tagalog currently, and instead of asking or expressing she didn't understand, she just blank faced stared and asked my partner in Tagalog.
Serious staff training required at this old rusty restaurant, and maybe a lesson or two in better manners, or at least how to smile?
Honestly, you'd find more professional servics at Jolibee in Tondo. How embarrassing...
They forgot to offer service water until we called someone over to request it, and that should be the first thing brought to the table.
Food came out slightly burnt in places, but almost fridge cold in others? Was this overcooked beef done some time ago. And just left on the side to turn cold? What remained of the beef as shown in the photo, was lumps of gristly fats, not very tasty, chewy cold fat.
Flys kept coming to land on our drinks. The restaurant should invest in sticky fly paper or pest control.
The staff at the door who should be opening the door for customers, were often standing with their back to the door, which awkwardly left people waiting until staff turned around to notice.
No card machine payments as the machine was not working either, but luckily for THEM... we had exactly the right amount of change to pay the bill.
A solid 1 out of 10 and wouldn't go back here ever again. Potentially the most unprofessional restaurant in Philippines. Gordon Ramsey should go save this place before it falls any further! Deserves to be on ...

Read moreFood is ok. Regular, nothing special. To me, some are actually bland in taste. Nothing really to look forward to on next visit. But it isn't bad. A bit pricey, but understandable because of the huge rustic-themed space they need to maintain. A large parking area is also notable. Customer Service however, does not match the classy & elegant vibe and ambience of the resto. From entrance to exit, not a single smile has been offered from the frontliners. My son had to stand up and reach for a condiment from other vacant tables. I asked for it initially but never made it to our table, thus triggering our move. Wait service/food handling is no doubt one of the most exhausting & physically draining tasks. But amidst such, a professional and seasoned staff wil always wear a welcoming smile, offer a courteous assistance and reflect genuine efforts to make the whole dining experience pleasant for customers. This, is what they seem to have been lacking. Food: 6/10, Ambience: 8/10, Price:6/10, Customer...
