We had a very unpleasant experience during our dinner. The waiting time was excessively long. While we would have understood if it were a full house, the restaurant wasn’t even at full capacity. What made it more disappointing was seeing the table beside us—who arrived about 20 to 30 minutes after we did—get served their order first, despite having the exact same set menu.

By the time our food arrived, we were already full from the side dishes. We had lost our appetite and no longer felt like eating the noodles when they were finally served.

Additionally, the staff appeared exhausted and overworked, which unfortunately reflected in how they interacted with the customers. They were not accommodating or attentive, and there was a noticeable lack of warmth or hospitality.

I was excited to try the food here due to good reviews but I was disappointed. I ordered the Beef Jjampong and Mandu. The Jjampong was a huge bowl of noodles good for 3-4 pax already but the taste was not really good. The Mandu was good though. Restaurant was almost empty aside from another table of two. Me and my partner dined but we could not finish the food as it was just too much. They have a rule that you should order 2 dishes if you were two diners which is ridiculous. What if the other person does not need to eat much? Considering that their serving size is huge. One dish was already enough for two pax. I understand if it was like other places that offers unli Samgy but they don't. They also charge P50 for the take out box. I'd rather eat in other Korean...

Dining outside is not just for the food but also for the experience. While the food here is not that bad, the service was just disappointing. The waitresses had a sour expression in their faces. We were a large group and they almost didn’t want to serve at least two sets of side dishes. When we asked for tissues, they just gave us a bag and we were left to open it and put it in the tissue box at the table. In short, the waitresses seemed like they hate their jobs.
