Place - the whole place is covered with oil. Even the post at the side has this unattended oil that probably sits for days. Service - the wait staffs will just get your order and will not get back to you unless you will do follow ups. There are times that they are all gone and just smoking below. Food - food are not being served on a timely manner. What was happening is that you are getting your order at the counter which I guess is...

I'm very disappointed. Especially to the staffs, binyahe pa namin ng isang oras ng family ko para lang ma try yung branch dito sa angeles and then ganoon lang ang ma rereceive namin na treatment? And yung mga orders kulang kulang pa. I'm really disappointed. For your information lang po mga ate/kuya na nag w work jan sa Erm's Samgyupsal, sobrang na bastusan kami sa pakikitungo niyo, as far as I know wala naman po kaming ginawang mali ng family ko para mag attitude kayo samin.
