Jollibee - Angeles Rotonda — Restaurant in Angeles

Visited the newly renovated store. Id say this is the worst experience Ive ever had with jollibee. The crew are so incompetent. I wouldve understood if they were understaffed but people are just loitering around not doing anything when theres a line of people who has been waiting for their food for HOURS. Literal HOURS. the food has been sitting in their counter long enough that the food felt like it was left in their freezer. ISTG no one has even thought of ACTUALLY assisting. Fast food? An hour and a half for fast food because the crew wont do anything unless you ask them about your order over...

Super slow. The branch is located in a corner street but they are very slow. I ordered 2 medium fries only and I was in a hurry but they said I have to wait 10 mins because they will have to cook it first. I hope they become more organize to prevent that. Like maybe cook when they see it is running out or something? The place is also dirty. I hope they clean a lot. In the end, I had to cancel the order because my friend who came 8 mins after could be caught in the street if she will illegally park. So I refunded and...

I visited the newly opened store. The place was clean and orderly. Members of the staff were alert in mopping the floor and in clearing the tables. Comfort room was clean. The staff are acommmodating and prompt. Suggestion: music should have been toned down. I was not able to enjoy my peace while eating. Group of friends on the other table are almost shouting at each other as they need to compete with the loud music. Btw, I dined on the second floor. I generally enjoyed my stay.
