Italian Cowboy — Restaurant in Angeles

Big store pizzas are convenient, but if you really want to really explore flavor, go to local businesses like this one. I've been going to Italian Cowboy since they were located in the Plaridel area. They moved to Marquee Mall, then this current location. Admittedly, the area isn't great for restaurants, but I still go here for the food. Pizza is great, I really like the pillowy texture of the dough. The flavors are awesome. The store's signature Speciale is topped with bacon and steak, then finished with a bit of pesto. Even the cheese pizzza, as simple as the flavors may be, is delicious. There's a lot more on the menu, but pizzas have always been my go-to here. A large part of the dining area, including the bar, is open air. There is an airconditioned space at the far end that will seat 20+ people comfortably. Check it out. Order a pie, have a cold...
