Carlos Amigos — Restaurant in Angeles

Disclaimer: I am not a Mexican, nor did I eat at the restaurant. My order was delivered via delivery app. However, I spent 20-yrs of my life here in the Philippines plus an addt’l 20-yrs. in San Diego, CA and in nearby Mexican border towns. I am perplexed that people open exotic restaurants here with no clue of genuine, quality cuisine or business acumen to make it viable for long periods of time. I purchased a burrito con pollo. The tortilla was too small for the packed portion of ‘Spanish’ rice, white beans, shredded chicken, and other items. I opened the aluminum foil and the contents of the burrito spilled out. Thank The Lord I had a big plate underneath. The salsa and sour cream were subpar. I would not eat it, even if it was freely given. The packaging was good. The owner or management needs to travel to San Diego or Mexico and learn, learn, learn authentic Mexican cuisine and...

I am not Mexican I'm a Chicano from East LA. This place has a good variety of food. Keeping in mind this is the Philippines and not LA or Mexico the food is delicious.
