Thumbs down for their customer service. Twice we have made a bulk order of 30 dozens. There were only two of us so the 30 dozens is too much for us to carry in one go. None of their staff nor even the manager offered help to carry it to our parked car outside.

One of the staff was even right next to the door watching us go back and forth. But she prefered to just watch us. Also after spending almost Php10,000 for the 30-dozen order, not a single complimentary was provided. The manager also added that even for a bulk order they can no longer honor a request to have our order packed on half dozen boxes when we order in the future.

This branch definitely does not want to have repeat customers who orders in bulk because it may be a hassle for them to package a lot of donuts. Krispy Kreme on the second floor is definitely the best choice. Better handling and assistance by the manager, complimentary donuts, and...

Though the donuts are good, the service is slow and unorganized whenever there is a promo. They give numbers, but they don't communicate well. It doesn't make sense. Why do I have to wait for my number to be called to order other items? I should have been allowed to order and pay while waiting for the items to be ready. Instead, I was given a number.
