Jollibee Marquee Mall — Restaurant in Angeles

Worst Service so far. It’s Feb 2nd now, we order our food 20.05, waiting our food until 20.50 to finally received our order. We order dine in, and they prepare for take away. I request to change and they insist me to received it as is. My wife also complaining the part of chicken that we order, we order other part except wings, and they served wings to us. Ended up with argument with the cashier and the staff.

I can’t believe their service is going to be like this. No issue with the cleaner, all table are clean and well packed. But the cashier and the preparation staff seems unfriendly.

We will never come back to this Branch.

My best advice : They should prioritize dine in over grab...

Went there yesterday around 6pm and here are the things I noticed: There were a lot of people because probably it's close to dinner time. Counter area is understaffed. No one is assisting the cashier in preparing the orders. Staff are not smiling. I know it's peak time, but smiling makes it more tolerable not just to customers but to them as well. Spicy chicken is not spicy on the inside. Correct me if I'm wrong, but do they just sprinkle the spicy powder on top and that's it? Shouldn't it be incorporated with the chicken inside and out? they have this new , screen thingy where you place your order yourself and give the number at the counter and pay . I was here earlier today it's busy but still I was able to get my food quickly, so that's good . (it was packed that I had to share a table with the ate that's already sitting down, though I don't mind) if you're hungry and your food takes long to get to you, that'd be annoying but they were fast naman when I was there so I was able to eat without having to wait for long. malinis din naman , so thumbs up na din sa mga...
