TGI Fridays — Restaurant in Angeles

Horrible experience. Ribs overcooked and dry. Very small portions for the price. They wouldn't bring extra BBQ sauce. Staff did not listen to a thing. Never came to check on us during the meal. Brought our Cokes at the end of our meal. The manager couldn't be bothered, he was too busy talking to the watress at the bar. Made no attempt to right anything. Had a fan pointed directly on the table making every dish cold as soon as it hit the table, we turned it sideways a little and this manager came over and turned it right back, we told him why we turned it and he said "Yes" and walked away. We turned it again, and he came back again and turned it on the table. He was clueless or being a total jerk. Absolutely no sense at all and horrible customer service skills. Staff are very welcoming and friendly, even for a solo diner like me, they don’t discriminate. The complimentary chips is a plus! The Cajun Shrimp pasta is something I remember from the last time I dined here and it’s still delicious as I remember it. I ordered Garlic Parmesan wings and although it’s super dry, it’s still good specially the potato chips and corn sides. It was so delightful to see a new variety of their cocktails, I love the Mango Habanero and yes! They have my fave Pomegranate Margarita!! It’s the sole reason I was choosing Chili’s over TGI Friday’s is because of Pomegranate Margarita but now that I know they have it as well and in a larger quantity on the same price, I will choose TGI Friday’s moving forward, as long as I don’t feel lazy traveling to...

Totally disappointed with the new menu. I have been eating at TGIF Marquee mall at least twice a week since it opened. They were the only place in the area with good fish and chips. When I ordered them yesterday, I received a filet of fish on top of fries. I explained to the waitress that this was not what I ordered. She said is is the same. The fish in fish and chips are several fish slices of fish that are deep fried..... This filet was not good, and was greasy.

A manager explained we have changed the menu and no longer offer the old fish and chips. My wife and I eaten at the Marque TGIF approximately 500 times in the last 5 years. Good bye TGIF. Without the real fish and chips , I have no reason to eat there...
